Hi, I’m Paula Grech, a creative director, designer and strategist. I manage Mintygreenhouse, a web design/build collective. We love figuring out solutions to marketing problems; we love to cultivate the design execution; we love to get our hands dirty and build the final product. You’ll see we have a lot of experience in web design, information architecture, online marketing and advertising, and motion graphics. I assemble teams of specialists, according to skill, to handle projects. We've designed and built a ton of websites, blogs, emails, banners, landing pages, etc. We've also conducted hueristic evaluations, created demos and done some motion graphics work.
