Information Architecture
Information architecture is key. Mapping out the user’s experience helps ensure the users’ success when accessing your site. If they can’t find what they are looking for, or can’t accomplish what they set out to do, they will feel frustrated and might leave.
Information architecture and wireframing also are vital when planning content and navigation at the deepest levels (which is exactly when sites tend to fall apart). We like to say you can’t build a closet for your clothes and shoes unless you inventory what you’ve got.
Already have a site and are just looking for some freshening up or perhaps some touchpoint optimization? We also provide heuristic evaluations.

Above is a wireframe of a page. Wireframing allow usto quickly rough out the visual hierarchy of the page, and plan for an adequate navigation system. It also helps clients to inventory, collect, and write the necessary content to complete the project.
A heuristic evaluation will help identify any user exerience problems associated with the design of your website. We compare a client's website against a list of usability principles and prepare a report with recommendations on how to improve usability and conversion.
