How can I confirm I'm registered?
Check here to see if your registration has been received. If you registered via U.S. Mail, please use this search feature five days after you mailed in your registration.

When is the last day to register as a Fun Runner by mail and to receive my packet via mail?
In order to receive your packet by mail, mailed registration forms must be received in-house by April 30. This deadline also applies to out-of-state registrations and foreign country registrations.

When is the last day to register as a Fun Runner online?
Online registration will close at 12 midnight on May 15. If you are registering after April 30, please pick up your race packet at the Greater Body Expo at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Friday, May 16 (11:00 am - 6:00 pm) or Saturday, May 17 (9:00 am - 6:00 pm).

Mailed registrations must be received by May 13th in order to pick up your packet at the Expo.

How can I register as a Fun Runner if I missed advance registration?
You can register in person before the race at the 2003 Greater Body Expo at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Friday, May 17 (11:00 am - 6:00 pm) or Saturday, May 18 (9:00 am - 6:00 pm).
Please note: There is NO late registration the morning of the race. Please attend the Expo!

I lost my race packet. How do I get a replacement?
If you have lost your runner number or race packet, or if you travel to San Francisco without them by accident, you can get a duplicate at the 2003 Greater Body Expo at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Friday, May 16 (11:00 am - 6:00 pm) or Saturday, May 17 (9:00 am-6:00 pm). Visit the Solutions Desk at Registration, and we will assist you there.
Due to the incredible size of this event, we cannot issue duplicate or replacement race packets or runner numbers by mail.

What's the policy on refunds for registration fees?
No refunds or returns are issued for registration fees. Race registration fees are refundable for duplicate registrations only. To secure a refund for duplicate registration, please provide proof of two registration payments. You will be refunded for the larger amount if you incurred a late fee.

Where do I get my race T-shirt?
Pick up your “I Survived” T-shirt at the Greater Body Expo 2003 or at Footstock. You MUST have your actual runner number bib in hand. You can pick up T-shirts for friends if you have their runner number bibs in hand.
If you forgot your runner number at home, did not attend the race or Footstock, but would still like to receive your T-shirt, please send us your pre-printed runner number and/or confirmation e-mail or receipt, along with a 9"x12" self-addressed, stamped envelope with a $6 check made out to Icon Blue (Bay to Breakers Merchandise Partner). Be sure to indicate your T-shirt size. Mail this to: Bay to Breakers, c/o Icon Blue, 5670 Wilshire Blvd. Ste. 600, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Your runner number will be returned to you with your T-shirt. Please allow at least two to four weeks for delivery.
RACE T-SHIRTS MUST BE CLAIMED BY JUNE 6, 2003.
A limited number of youth-sized shirts are available.

How do I get a copy of the San Francisco Examiner souvenir edition?
A special limited-edition souvenir issue of the San Francisco Examiner, which includes race highlights and the names of the top 10,000 timed finishers, will be published Monday, May 19.
Reserve your copy NOW. Issues pre-ordered by noon on May 17 will be guaranteed a copy at the advance rate of $3.50. After May 18, back issues can be requested for the regular rate of $4.50. Orders for back issues are filled on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
To order, send your check and request to: Examiner Bay to Breakers Souvenir Issue, 1213 Evans Ave., San Francisco, CA 94124. Please PRINT your name and address on a separate piece of paper and enclose it with payment for all orders.

How do I get my photo?
Sport Photo photographers will be in two locations:
1. Race photos at the 6-mile mark in Golden Gate Park.
2. Just beyond the finish line for posed finishing photos.
In order to be identified and receive your photo proof in the mail, YOUR RUNNER NUMBER BIB MUST BE WORN HIGH ON YOUR CHEST. It's You: Find your photo with the click of a mouse: Find Now!
If Sport Photo took a picture of you during the race and your runner number was clearly visible, you will receive a FREE proof in the mail with NO OBLIGATION. If you have any questions or do not receive your race photo proofs by June 14, please contact Sport Photo directly at (888) 678-1857.

Can I pick up a friend's race packet at the Greater Body Expo?
Yes, you may pick up a friend's packet at the Greater Body Expo. All you'll need to provide is their first and last name.

Is my Registration fee for the race tax-deductible?
Unfortunately, per IRS regulations, individual Registration fees for the Race are not tax-deductible. Only donations or pledges over and above the registration fee are tax-deductible.

Do I need a receipt for my donation or pledge for tax purposes?

In compliance with IRS requirements, receipts will be issued for individual contributions of $250 or more. Receipts will be automatically generated and mailed directly to the donor prior to the end of the calendar year. For contributions under $250, a canceled check serves as your receipt.

If I have already registered for the race and did not purchase a Muni Express Sticker at that time, can I still add a Muni Sticker to my registration?
If you have already registered for the race and did not order a Muni Express Sticker at the time of registration, you have two options for adding the sticker. You can purchase the sticker at the Greater Body Expo, Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, on the Friday (May 16, 11 am - 7 pm) or the Saturday (May 17, 9 am - 7 pm) before the race. Or you can purchase your sticker online at http://www.active.com/framed/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1041125 and your sticker will be included in your race packet.
