Seeded and sub-seeded runners must register by mail, due to the requirement for written proof of qualifying times. Registration and written proof are due in-house by 4/18. Please do not register online. Please read qualifying times below and download a PDF registration form. Seeded positions will be assigned to the first 350 fastest times received. Sub-seeded positions will be assigned to the next 500.
